To take your padel to new heights and feel confident on the court, you need to hit a lot of balls. Fact. But usually this requires not only a coach, but also one-to-one coaching to ensure you hit enough balls in a session. Then you have the hassle of finding a coach, organising regular lessons and feeling like you can’t make those improvements in your game without a coach there to feed you balls.
In this course we cover step-by-step everything you need to become a better padel player. Through decades of experience working with players of all levels, we’ve carefully designed padel exercises using the Slinger Ball Machine that target every part of your game. Exercises are super easy to follow
Got this course because I don’t have access to coaching at my club but still wanted to practice all the shots. Exercises are super easy to follow and it’s easy to set the machine up too. Loved it.

Combination of technique and training
I like the fact the exercises combine training exercises and technical progressions. After just an hour I’ve hit more balls than I normally do in a week!

No More Aimless Hitting
I’ve always liked using ball machines, but I kind of made up the exercises as I went along. When I got the Slinger and this course, it gave me a structure and stopped me aimlessly hitting balls! Thanks.

3 Exercise Levels To Choose From
This course has exercises carefully designed for every playing level.
Beginner
These exercises focus on learning the fundamentals of each stroke. The target areas on the court are larger and the player has more time between shots to recover. By the end of these exercises, you will feel so much more confident on training the basics of padel.

Intermediate
Once you feel comfortable with the Beginner exercises, it’s time to step up to the Intermediate exercises. Here we will challenge you more with your target areas and give you less time to recover, making this more similar to a game-situation.

Advanced
At this stage you’re ready for a bigger challenge! We’ve developed these exercises to make this challenging for even the most advanced players, helping you to train your speed on the court, accuracy and ability to play your shots under pressure.
